We build a picture first. Not just the idea - the whole context around it. Where you are in the build, what you've tried in marketing and sales, whether you've put it in front of real users, what the money looks like. Each area, briefly surfaced and rated by you.
It sounds simple. What it tends to reveal is more than a list of problems.
From there, we know where to focus. What to test next. What's actually in the way. What patterns are showing up.
That's usually what our first conversation does.
